Welcome to TurnTalents.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TurnTalents website, mobile applications, and services.

By accessing or using TurnTalents, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

    • Client: A user who posts jobs or purchases services.

    • Freelancer: A user who offers services or submits proposals.

    • User: Any individual or entity using the Platform.

    • Service: Any freelance work provided by a Freelancer to a Client.

    • Wallet: The internal balance system used for transactions on TurnTalents.

2. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old to use TurnTalents.

    • By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Egyptian law.

    • Businesses registering on the Platform confirm they are legally established entities.

3. Account Registration

    • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

    • Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

    • TurnTalents reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Platform Role & Disclaimer

TurnTalents acts solely as a technology platform and marketplace.

    • We do not employ freelancers

    • We are not a party to contracts between Clients and Freelancers

    • We do not guarantee job quality, completion, or outcomes

All agreements are made directly between Clients and Freelancers.

5. Payments, Fees & Commissions

    • Payments are processed through supported payment methods available in Egypt.

    • TurnTalents may charge:
        • Service fees

        • Commission on completed jobs

        • Withdrawal or processing fees

    • All applicable fees are clearly disclosed before confirmation.

    • Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Freelancers are solely responsible for:

    • Taxes

    • VAT

    • Any governmental obligations in Egypt or their country of residence

6. Wallet & Withdrawals

    • Funds may be held in the TurnTalents Wallet until the job is completed.

    • Withdrawals are subject to:
        • Identity verification

        • Minimum withdrawal limits

        • Processing time

    • TurnTalents is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

7. Refunds & Disputes

    • Disputes must be raised within [14] days of service delivery.

    • TurnTalents may review communication, files, and milestones to assist in dispute resolution.

    • Decisions made by TurnTalents in disputes are final and binding.

    • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method or wallet.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

    • Bypass platform payments or fees

    • Share personal contact details to avoid commissions

    • Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content

    • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

    • Upload viruses, malware, or spam

Violation may result in:

    • Account suspension

    • Permanent ban

    • Legal action if required

9. Intellectual Property Rights

    • Users retain ownership of content they upload.

    • By posting content, you grant TurnTalents a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content on the Platform.

    • TurnTalents trademarks, branding, software, and design are protected under Egyptian and international laws.

10. Confidentiality

Users agree to keep confidential:

    • Private messages

    • Project details

    • Files and documents shared through the Platform

This obligation survives account termination.

11. Service Responsibility

    • Freelancers are responsible for delivering services as agreed.

    • Clients must provide clear requirements and timely feedback.

    • TurnTalents is not responsible for delays, quality issues, or failures caused by either party.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

TurnTalents may suspend or terminate accounts:

    • For violation of these Terms

    • For fraudulent or harmful behavior

    • To comply with legal obligations

Users may close their account at any time, subject to settling outstanding obligations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • TurnTalents is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    • We are not responsible for loss of income, data, or reputation

    • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to TurnTalents in the last 6 months

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TurnTalents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

    • Your use of the Platform

    • Your violation of these Terms

    • Your breach of any agreement with another user

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.

16. Changes to Terms

TurnTalents may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
